Medicaid/Medicare
Your Medicaid/Medicare Traditional benefits allow you to seek mental health treatments at our facility. You’re welcome to contact us for more information or to set up an appointment. Please consult your Texas Medicaid/Medicare Handbook for more details.
Commercial & Private
We accept a variety of commercial and private insurances, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna. Contact us to see if we’re in your network.
Self-Pay Options Are Available
If you are not a member of our accepted health insurance plans, there are more options available. Many health insurance providers will reimburse their clients for a portion of the out-of-network outpatient psychotherapy fee.
To determine the extent of your particular coverage, please go over your health insurance benefits offered by your provider. Additionally, you may call the Benefits Department at your insurance provider directly for more detailed information.
Additional Fees:
There is a $50 fee for completion of forms for use outside of the patient’s medical record, including:
